I had a great stay at this hotel. Clean, modern and quiet rooms and friendly staff. The restaurant is good too. I used the gym, sauna and steam room. The pool looked nice but I didn’t use it. Very convenient location for seeing much of the city by foot. They provided umbrellas for guests which was much appreciated.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, with everything I needed just a short walk away. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure I was comfortable. Fantastic staff. Very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and extremely clean. Kudos to housekeeping. Breakfast was amazing. The room was warm and inviting. Food was great. They covered North American basics like bacon and eggs to European cuisine. Meat, cheese, salad and the best bread we ate in Lisbon. Highly recommend this hotel

Receptionist was super nice, we arrived early and was able to leave our luggage with them until check-in time. The room was super spacious for 3 people, with everything we needed. Only complaint would be the shower door did not close properly so the water would leak out, we had to leave a towel by the door to soak up the water.

Nice hotel and the room was comfortable. Shower floor is very slick! We placed a towel down to take a shower. The mirrors made it visually confusing. I was surprised there was not two complimentary bottles of water. You had to pay for everything.
