Decent enough

Decent enough place, but a bit far away. The only washing machine was broken. Pool was closed sometimes. Shower was slippery, and front desk said 2x they'd get me a bath mat, but after 2 days of "I'll get one at Walmart" I got it myself. It's quiet, easy parking, average breakfast. No big complaints, but...

Nice and clean hotel with easy access. However, no one is at the front desk upon arrival (you have to place a call from the front desk phone). So, lacking in the personal customer service that other hotels have. Also, the fitted sheet as loose and the mattress cover had a torn corner, so it slid and slip every time I got off and on the bed. Also, the duvet is not completely enclosed by a duvet cover so a potential hygiene issue.

This property is in a quiet safe area. It has a windmill right across the street , which was very pleasant to see each morning. The property is clean and well taken care of. ( except for the washing machine that broke) Most of the staff were helpful. Their breakfast was not very good... The only fresh fruit was apples and oranges. The yogurt was low protein. The hot selection was the same most days. The muffin that I got was mushy... we were there 10 days and ate breakfast there only twice. They had a waffle maker but the only topping was syrup. On a brighter note the coffee was good. The beds were comfortable. We were there 10 days and only got service of any kind of we asked..... they didn't take trash out, change sheets, replenish in room coffee supplies, give clean towels or anything unless you asked.... there was no dresser in our room to put our clothes... we had 6 hangers until they scraped up 6 more for us.. so most clothes were left in the suitcase.. This was a 2 queen bed , 1 sofa bed suite so one would expect there would be a place for your clothing. It's a good place to pop in for a night or so but for longer was not too good.

Highly Recommended Stay in Appleton Area

Conveniently located near the heart of the Fox Valley metro area, this hotel offers an excellent place to stay. The hotel is relatively new with an array of amenities including a pool and fitness center. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel.
