The room is ok. Elevator broken. I was there for 4 night and had to climb 3 fight of stair every time from the parking lot to third floor. Breakfast is complimentary but nothing special there. Very basic breakfast. Whoever manage this “motel” should be fired for not fixing the elevator. Elevator still broken when I checked out. The neighborhood is not so great either. Most of the shops are closed and lots of homeless people walking around. They don’t bother you or anything but it’s not a good sight. Only things good about this motel is the staff. They are friendly and has a great attitude. And they called this Best Western Plus, what a joke.

Great for LA experience

Rooms were clean, updated, we could even cast to the tv from our phones. Continental bkfast. Staff were helpful. Walking distance to little Tokyo, Chinatown shops and restaurants, el pueblo and Dodgers stadium

We arrived to checkin and the elevator was out of service. As a senior citizen it was not appropriate to have us drag our luggage to the lobby. We got to the lobby and the clerk tried to check us in but then informed us that we would need to drag our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Nobody told us the elevator was out until we had already booked. The clerk said “I just work here.” We decided to leave. The clerk said they would cancel the room but then went ahead and charged us anyway.

Id stay again

We stayed here for an event at dodger stadium. It was perfect for the occasion. The clerk did let us know about a shuttle to the area, but we decided to walk. The walk wasnt bad. Some uphill but not too far. The shower was pretty nice and the beds were very comfortable. The air conditioner didnt get very cold, but it worked fine as a fan. Overall id stay here again. Definitely more pro than con.
