Don’t waste your time to use their shuttle service. Had to wait 90 mins before eventually gave up hope that the shuttle will come. Called the hotel three times and didn’t work. The shuttle service is a joke.

Worst shuttles for LAX!

Do not travel to here if using for LAX!!! Shuttles were full and only came once every 30 mins… so plan on 1-2 hrs to get 1 mile to lax! We got an Uber instead.

It was not clear which Marriott at LAX we were assigned. Marriott ir Marriot Courtyard. Big didference. So after a gruellung 4 hor drive inLA traffic we went ro the wrong Marriott. Very unsatisfactory by Hotels.com. Courtyard by Marriott had excellent personell. Building not in good repair. Courtyard definitely a step down. Marriott desk unfriendly cold and refused tontransfer reservation. I explained i was a Bonvoy member. The ckerk refused to help. I felt mitreated. Will notcelectively choosecMarriott over another hotel brand in the future.

Maid service woke me up at 11PM :(

The Hotel was fine for the price HOWEVER the maid service woke me up at 11PM while cleaning the room next to me. The two lady’s cleaning the room were yelling at each other right out side my door. I got out of bed, got dress and opened the door to let them know they woke me up and that their noise level was not acceptable at 11 PM. They half apologized with a kinda chuckle…. I work in the customer support industry and it didn’t leave me feeling valued as a customer.
