Excellent customer service from the front desk to the bar. I appreciate the greeting, the small talk, and the overall experience. I did not have any issues in the hotel. My only review would be the shuttle driver. From the airport to the hotel. I was dropped off at Homewood Suites and not The Courtyard. Although, they share a parking lot, I would of hoped that he would have told me that he can drop me off at the front door. I actually saw him on his break at the Courtyard lobby eating his food a little later on that night. The shuttle was right outside. Moving forward, if you could let him know to be clear with his passengers where he drops off.

I’ve never had that this issue with them before but the trim we checked into smelled like cat urine. I immediately told front desk, they apologized and gave me a new room right away. This second room was to their usual standard.
