Great staff, clean hotel, and free parking downtown! This would’ve been 5 stars except the neighborhood was super sketchy. I felt safe in the hotel, though. I do plan to stay here again when I come back to downtown LA in a few months - it’s a good bargain.

Overpriced for the holiday season and located at a very disturbing location with homeless people around the property. You may even encounter few in the hotel lobby parking areas etc. be care full when drive of the property as they walk up as a surprise as you have less visibility when you drive out. Very unsafe to step out and walk out with kids and family as you may see hundreds of homeless who are high on substance and may also be approached asking for money cigarettes etc…..

Staff are very helpful. Room and the bathroom super clean, no unwanted odors, quiet room. Bed super clean and comfortable, 4 good pillows. AC unit. Overall, a pleasant place to stay. Don’t mind the street mess because once you are inside the promises, you won’t even notice it. Plenty of parking spaces at any time.
