Needs some serious remodeling to deliver the claimed standard. Dirty room, leaking plumbing, bad smell. This is a disappointment and the price is not justified. Very noisy as the freeway is close by and windows outdated.

The wait staff was attentive and friendly. The breakfast menu was one of the best I’ve experienced in a buffet. The rooms were clean, the bed comfortable. I generally stay closer to UCLA for medical appointments. Parking is expensive (compared to free parking at the Tiverton) but I look forward to staying here again.
