if you ever get the opportunity, you have to stay here! From the moment you arrive, the staff is friendly and attentive, the hotel as well as the rooms are immaculate and spacious. There’s a beautiful pool you can enjoy in the summer. The free breakfast is five star quality. I only took a star away because they took away the omelette bar, which was the cherry on top. Don’t get me wrong. the rest of the breakfast is hot, fresh and delicious, the view while eating is so breath taking. I have and will stay there again and again!

This place is a hidden gem! Very courteous and attentive staff. Rooms are clean and spacious definitely 5 star quality. I only took 1 star away because the free breakfast omelet bar was taken away. Don't get me wrong the rest of the breakfast is fresh and cooked to perfection, but you can't spoil me like that, then take it away.

We had two rooms reserved for our daughters wedding. When we arrived, we discovered that one on the rooms had been canceled! I even produced a printout of the reservation. The Hotel did give us the Expedia rate, but it was the rate for that day and not the rate I had booked with - the difference was about $30.00 per night, which I know doesn't sound like much but it added up. Everything else was great, but that did get the trip off to a not so wonderful start. Also, there was a $350.00 security deposit - which it would be nice if Expedia listed in the descriptions for Hotels. Thank you.

Marcelo at the front desk was excellent during our check in. The drinks in the bar at the end of the night were tasty. Unfortunately, the ac unit in the bedroom ran very loudly and there was quite a bit of street noise, even on the 15th floor. But we still enjoyed our stay. Would likely stay again if AC was quieter.

The bedroom was nice and up-to-date not so much for the bathroom and I didn’t like that the balcony is intentionally locked and you cannot go outside of it.
