Romm was very bad , lot of very dirty filthy spots on the carpet. Shower 🚿 did not had hot water , and it was leaking in the bathroom floor. Do not recommend to anyone!

there was a leak in the wall that went all over the floor which led to our luggage getting wet so we tried hanging our clothes up to dry the clothing rack provide completely came out of the wall and fell out

The cleanliness of the rooms, keeping in mind that it is an old structure, and the attention by the staff makes this affordable hidden jewel on the sunset set strip well worth it. Also located next door is a new Raising Canes, which is open late night and a Chick Fila across the street. For the price and convenience you can’t beat it.

AC ok. I wasn't made aware of the $200 cash deposit I was ask for didn't have it said I could stay at there sister property next door the Budget Inn. I was so tired didn't have the energy to protest so agreed. The room was ok in the clean department but the property was an ABSOLUTE DUMP and the room DIDN'T HAVE A CHAIR OR TABLE NOT EVEN A HANGER the walls were almost paper thin. THE PROPERTY WAS A DUMP NOT WORTH A SINGLE STAR
