All you need or want to using LAX

one night before flight. Room was well-appointed with coffee machine and mini fridge. Shuttle worked well. they have a little mini market in lobby which is nice. appreciated eco-friendly refillable large bottles of shampoo/conditioner and soap in shower. ONly downside was the entrance is really weird...maybe they are remodeling? can't pull up to hotel...(used Uber) and you have to be let off almost at the hotel west of it (sonesta I believe). It was a struggle with 3 bags. Otehr than that, very good hotel for accessing LAX.

I didn’t end up staying as my flight was cancelled due to plane malfunction. I tried to contact them but got no answer just a whole lot of welcome to the hotel when I wasn’t even there. I tried contacting them through Expedia and just got ignored. I’ve staye$ there before and loved the dark cosy room but rebooked at the Hilton where I’ll stay from now on cos of this communication issue. It’s so important to communicate about people’s travel in timely manner.
