I needed to drop off my wife and return a rental car. The process is horrible at best. Most hotels have a drop off area. At this hotel you have to go to a parking garage and if you have alot of luggage its very difficult.

Nice location, comfortable bed, friendly staff. The room was updated, but the air conditioner did not work. The room, set at the lowest temperature, would not get below 76 degrees. After a call to the front desk as the room sat at 84 degrees, they stated that they were going to send a maintenance worker and nobody ever showed up to help.
