We got bed bugs from this hotel. You also cannot get in touch with a human here no matter how many times you call because no one will answer the phone. I have been given the runaround by not only this hotel, but the Hotels.com customer support team has fully ghosted me after they tried to call me one time at 6pm on a Friday. Spend your money elsewhere and don’t book through Hotels.com unless you want a pest infestation and to lose out on $200!

The staff was fine. The room was clean but not welcoming particularly. It looked bland and sterile. The shuttle service to/from LAX was poor with too few shuttles making for long wait times. I could have walked much faster!

Had high hopes based on the reviews but we were severely disappointed with this hotel. First, the lack of staff at the front desk led to a very long wait to check in. Then came the room itself.. when we first walked in it was pitch black. And there was no light switch by the front door.. in fact there’s no light switches in the main room at all. It’s all lamp switches. And because it’s an interior room with no natural light, we couldn’t see anything. So we had to take out our phones and turn on the flash light to find a lamp to turn on. Very inconvenient and a very poor design. We were also placed directly next to the elevators which seems like a plus at first, only to find out you can hear every word the people getting off the elevators are saying right through the wall since our bed is on the other side. So we’re constantly woke up throughout the night by random strangers loud conversations. And finally the shower. This water pressure was so high that it physically hurt to shower here. It was like a pressure washer stepping into the shower every time. And there was no adjustment setting to soften it whatsoever. The best part about this hotel is its proximity to LAX and SoFi stadium. Beyond that I unfortunately can’t say much. Won’t stay here again.

Airport shuttle service is not on time. three times over a number of visits, shuttle has taken an hour or longer to rotate. It quotes 30 mins and now has a QR code to track. Still not on time. Hotel itself is fine

We stopped here enroute to our cruise. Easy free shuttle to the hotel. Hotel was clean and restful. Pool on roof with hot tub nice and clean. Publix transit 5.50 total to World Cruise Center was easy.. out the front doors turn left walk about .75 mile to Aiviation / LAX to Harbor Train (C line - Orange ride 4 stops), take the steps down to the bus (950 Silver line to San Pedro) hit the button or get off at Beacon and first. Very easy but not for everyone. Be sure to download the tap card app load with 6.00 and the metro link.
