I would not recommend this hotel for travelers coming through LAX. We arrived late (after midnight) and when making the reservation I made sure the reception and shuttle options were 24 hour, which they are listed as. We stood out waiting for our shuttle for almost an hour, while we saw Marriott, Fairfield inn, Hilton shuttles all come by multiple times. When we finally got picked up, the shuttle driver didn't even help with bags. When we arrived, there was no one at reception and we had to wait another 20 minutes. By the time we checked in it was 2:30 AM. I like a Hyatt. That's why I chose it from the other options. But not this one... save yourself and choose a different 24 hour option!

Great hotel but the noise is overwhelming from the

This is a great hotel in terms of comfort and Aesthetics but it is almost impossible to sleep in any room that faces the airport as planes are taking off all night long and the soundproofing of the rooms is not very good. I got very little sleep so unless you're a very heavy sleeper I would not recommend this place
