This is an excellent option for a night before your early morning flight out of LAX. It has everything, plus the rooms are spacious, the bedding comfortable, and the shuttle dependable. There is a bar and restaurant as well as a small coffee shop with salads and sandwiches.

On the Fly

It was great to find a place on the fly, as my flights had been delayed, causing me to have to cancel another. I needed a place to stay quickly. The only issue was that the alarm went off in the room before I was ready to awake. I wish room service would be sure that alarms are turned off before new guests arrive.

"No name" no dignity or respect. All attitude!

The staff did not program a key to one of the two rooms we had. An anger filled black woman ( no name) was extremely rude regarding our vehicle in the shuttle area. We were unaware of valet parking only. When she approached me she was quite quick and interrupted my every response. The young man at valet mentioned there was parking behind the hotel. When we told "no name" what the young man said she responded, "he didn't say that." I began to explain the conversation in which she was not present for. And again, interrupted me before I could finish. "No name" was very short, snippy, rude, filled with attitude and unprofessional. I later realized the young man was talking about the over night pay parking structure. A simple misunderstanding between the valet and I. Every receptionist was very kind, pleasant and presented themselves with dignity. Unlike, "no name." That kind of attitude belongs coaching high school football as the water boy/girl!
