Staying at the Intercontinental Downtown Los Angeles was the best decision ever. Our suite was beautiful and located on the 61st floor with amazing views. Sammy and Jasmine took great care of us during our stay. All of the parking assistants were so gracious and kind to us. My apologies but I cannot remember all the names but they were all fantastic!

Complementary breakfast should be for all but other than that amazing stay, and we appreciated everything, very fast and professional felt like home, didn’t want to leave. Worth the money and worth the birthday celebration, shout to Javier at la Boucherie.
