First off all the staff are very kind. I had good experience although my only issue was low water pressure in the shower, and there was only rain shower and not an option for shower head. And the carpet was not properly cleaned and I had some dust as well. I stayed for one night so didn’t have time or seen a reason to complain. Beside that everything was perfect.

Great location but not clean

The carpeting in our room was disgusting. Both my husband and I wouldn't walk on it without shoes. It needs to be replaced. The room did not have enough towels upon arrival.

There was no proper oxygen circulation in the rooms, and I found it very hard to breathe. I had to request a humidifier, but unfortunately, it had a bad smell. I still kept it on because it was the only thing that helped me get through the night. Overall, I would not recommend this place.

The hotel property is nice, and its in a great location. The rooms themselves are basic and not up to the quality of the rest of the building. Also, it was very hard to get a hold of someone at the front desk during our stay.
