Great location with a few comforts missing

Room was comfortable. Hot water only available in lobby at 6am for short period, no microwave or kettle in room. Great location only minutes walk to Hollywood star walk. Very noisy as you can hear other guests in hallway and loud noises from street and building amenities. Elevator is slow and stops on wrong floors.

It was a great stay. No coffee maker in my room no iron or blow dryer. The elevator takes 10 min to get to your floor. So we used the stairs.

The staff was friendly and easy to talk with. The room was satisfactory for a nights stay. The walls however were thin and you could hear what other ppl were doing in their rooms, not ideal when you’re traveling with kids. The ppl in the room above stomped every time they walked and had kids that ran around half the night.

Charge $20 to park my car and when I woke up in the morning, they had another car parked behind me. I couldn’t get out to go get breakfast. I had to walk wasn’t happy about that.

Hotel was clean, but check in required scanning in of our passports and we don’t know why as opposed to other hotels that just checked our ID. ID that was accepted at other hotels only required a drivers license and no document scanning. This was over zealous ID checking and we are and feel vulnerable to personal information dissemination.

Great property and a great staff! I originally booked at a nightmarish hotel and they were able to accommodate me with less than a days notice. They also held my luggage after I checked out so I could do activities during the day because I had a late flight. Overall great experience and would book again!

When we arrived, no staff was around for about 15 minutes. There was no seating for guests. The room was not good. The floor had black tape holding it together. The mattress was like sleeping on concrete, and there was a roach in bathroom. Would not stay here again.

The cleanliness exceeded my expectations. Everything was super clean, the rooms the lobby the hallway. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is exceptional with only a short walk to the heart of Hollywood Blvd. Some great eating options around the area too. The only thing I can fault is that the walls, floors, doors, ceilings are very thin and I could hear every movement up above and also what I assume are the longer staying patrons were very loud between the hours of 2-4am. Shouting down hallways and slamming doors. Other than that a great experience.
