Guest house the heart of West LA, one block to new UCLA Science Offices -West End & Westside Pavillion, 1 mile to St John Hospital , 2 miles to FOX Studios Lot! Queen size bed, llCable TV, wireless internet, kitchen table with chairs can also be used as a desk. We also have extra desk and chair if you want one. Please use cutting boards -Do Not cut on quartz counters please.

Approved dogs only with $250 pet fee per dog. Sorry no cats. Dogs must be leashed at all times. Astroturf backyard is not for pets but guests to enjoy

Only 5 stars cause I can’t give 6!!!!

I am working on the Pacific Palisades fire and rented this place from Kathy who is wonderful and very accommodating. My work schedule is from 6am - 7pm 7 days a week. But Kathy made sure the check in fit my schedule. Everything in the place was top notch and there was a supply of a few items like coffee,mouthwash and even a few cans of food. All the appliances were very new, and I couldn’t have found a better place to rest my weary head every night. THANKS KATHY!!!!!

Great Beverly Hills Studio

I stayed for a month in this lovely, well-located studio guest house in a quiet and walkable neighborhood. The unit was well-stocked and well kept. The hosts were friendly and always available for questions and helpful suggestions. I highly recommend this property.

Home away from home

Provided the sense of home away from home while traveling. Very nice owners too. It’s safe and you do NOT fight the freeway California traffic at all to get to work. Perfect location for me.
