Our family of 5 only stayed for one night. The staff is friendly and nice. The room is spacious. Our room view of the city is quite good at night . We did not have much time to explore around the area; but it might not be a good idea as it looks quite unsafe.

The room was veey clean, the kitchen is full.size. No onsite parking is a pain, but is available across the street for $30 a night. (The grout on marble flooring ahould be addressed everywhere. It really.makes the property look dirty and its not. Alao, the caulking on bathroom vanity really needs replacing! It also brings down the cleanliness esthetic. Overall, great room, and professional staff!

Staff were very cordial and helpful. Unfortunately one of the room air conditioner units was broken, there were no Kleenex, a hair dryer or hangers and the room was very noisy.

I loved the "Cabin". The decor and layout were unique. The staff were very helpful. One drawback was lack of hot water after the 2nd person took their shower. I also reported a potential hazard on the terrace. Would definitely come again!

Staff were amazing, extremely helpful, room was very clean & comfortable bed. The kitchen did not have an electric jug so we just used a pot, it was not a problem. Location is interesting in old Downtown, the area would have been a hotspot back in the 50's & 60's, great old buildings.

I was nervous about the area driving in, but in the end I’m glad we decided to stay. Was a really nice room, felt more homey than any other room I’ve stayed in. Staff was very nice and despite it being in a questionable area it feels really safe there you have a nice area to hang out in front of the door that’s clean and feels private, even though it’s right on the busy street. Food and some shopping is in walking distance and even though there’s no parking lot for the hotel itself, the parking garages are really easy to get to, and the staff even recommended one that has more security. So it wasn’t as much inconvenience as you think it would be. Overall, it was a great!
