Terrible experience

Easily my worst hotel stay in many years. The suggested parking garage across the street was dangerous and not well secured. I fell in the garage while having to walk up the car ramp to my car. Instead of taking the stairs or elevator, which were not accessible. There is no area to unload bags in front of the hotel. Each night I was greeted by panhandling homeless people as I tried to enter the property. The hallway to my room had a terrible odor. The windows in the room must be paper thin because I could hear every car, siren, and person's conversation outside. My light sleeper son did not sleep one bit during our stay. Don't stay here if you are looking for restful sleep.

The room was really nice, spacious and equipped with what we needed. Unfortunately like most reviews the internal and external noise was a bit much. You could hear parties going on within the hotel and the external noise they cannot control. If you have never been Downtown LA is filled with the homeless and you can tell it stems from mental diagnoses. I wish this hotel was located somewhere else due to the noise. But it was close proximity to where we wanted to go.

BEAUTIFUL room!

Such an amazing experience! The hotel staff was knowledgeable, helped with food and activity recommendations. The room was phenomenal, most comfortable beds ever! Spacious. The views in the penthouse were incredible. It was a great location, too! I would stay here again.

It's not a great area surrounding the hotel but we never felt scared or unsafe. The room we got was amazing. Spacious, lots of beds to use, all the appliances we needed, full fridge, lots of seating. Would love to stay here again. Didn't mind the parking across the street. It's not far. $25/night. The front desk workers were very nice and helpful. The elevators were clean and quick. There were places to eat around us like local restaurants.
