We arrived an hour after check in time and our room still wasn’t ready. Concierge waived my high floor request fee, bottle of champagne fee, as well as the resort fee for the inconvenience. They were very accommodating and did what they could to “make it right.”

Absolutely loved this place, we were extremely well taken care of by all staff, our suite (generous upgrade, wow) looked straight out of a Stanley Kubrick film. Their signature scent in the lobby is so intoxicating that I had to buy one of those candles. Absolutely loved this place, my go-to in LA from now on.

I love the rooftop restaurant had amazing service! Seating was unique due to not being able to sit on the outer part due to being book, but the whole hour plus we saw multiple tables that we could have sat it. It’s ok this place made up for it with their prompt front desk that made everything better
