While the property itself is a bit old, it was well kept and clean. All the utilities worked well - water pressure, heater, and so on. For the price, accommodations were more than satisfactory. No complaints. The front desk and employees were as usual, very, very nice. Have been here a few times by now and we keep coming back because of the location and the overall condition of the property. Nice hotel and extremely nice people!

I LOVED my room. The huge jetted tub and king sized bed were amazing. It was super quiet, too--the only noise was from people stomping around in the room above me. The drawbacks: I had NO internet the entire five days I was there. This was a huge problem. I let someone know and they said they would reset the router, but I never got access. Also, the jets in the tub randomly turned on every night at like 11:00 pm for no reason, so that was annoying having to get out of bed to shut them off. Some good, some bad. I'd definitely stay again if the internet issue was resolved, but as it is right now, I won't be back, which is a shame!

The beds were horrible. Very uncomfortable felt like I was sleeping on a box spring. Shower heads were bad there was barely any water coming out of the shower head. This is good for a in an out stay.

Front desk lady was a little rude and had to wait for anyone to show up twice because they were not around. She also didn let me leave the car there lying about the situacion, i was a little early and didn't want to help. The gentleman there was nice.

discriminating and rude customer service

walked into the lobby and immediately was accused and discriminated for smelling like smoke. the man at the front desk lobby didnt even say hello, instead we were told he was going to cancel our reservation because we supposedly smelled, we had to book down the road last minute, we had just came for the hockey game, not to party

1. Only accepts cash deposit, paid almost $8 in fees for using atm inside the hotel. (Suggestion: notify guests in advance or state when booking that it is cash only deposit to avoid these fees) 2. I would advise the property to work out a partnership where the streets outside its building are cleaned because it does affect the hotel. Additionally, as of Feb 2025, I hope they do not ask other guests to get cash from the ATM for their room deposits.

When i going to business trip to LA I usually stay this hotel. Staff are kind and room also cleaned but sometimes middle of night very noisy outside or next room too. Unless it's not too bad. I like to stay this Hotel
