The property is nice, but outside of the property is very unsafe. Homeless encampments across the street and crazy people walking through. Not worth the stay.

The dude that work nights is cool but that lady with the glasses said i cant come back to there property because some body said that they smell smoke in my room when im not there i have not smoke honestly i tell her lets go see how it smells like now she tell me its going to smell like the oils i got plug up so how do if smell like smoke she profiled me period and days of hate is old

Easy, simple, and comfortable stay.

I came here from the East Coast for Anime Expo and it was a perfect stay. Check-in and check out was simple. Bathroom was clean. The area at night is sketch so be careful but when we did walk to get food there no issues. I would definitely stay here again for sure. The pricing was great too!

The photos of this property look amazing, but the reality is rather different. In a word, the whole place is a facade. The lobby is nice, the exterior looks pretty good, but as soon as you're up close you see the lack of care and quality. The night stands and other furniture are on the edge of run, with gross, bubbles surfaces you can't see until you're up close. The bed looks great, but it's too firm. The wall paint is poorly done, with clear coverage programs. There's drywall damage they just painted over rather than repairing. The curtains look nice, but barely function. The towel rack in the bathroom, gold in color, was attached to the wall with 4 different kinds and colors of screws. The TV was small and low quality, while Wi-Fi was barely functional at all. The price was reasonable, but if we'd needed more than a place to crash for the night we would've asked for a refund and found something else The staff was nice, but despite the ad saying there'd be coffee and breakfast, none were provided. I wouldn't come back unless there was simply nothing else available.

Stay was good. Needed it for one night so it worked out great. Parking was a bit tricky due to the parking spaces being a little tight but we managed.

The staff was very friendly, and the place seemed clean. However, there was a strong smell of mold in the room, which worsened my allergies. I also didn’t feel very safe walking in the surrounding area, due to the presence of people in vulnerable situations and signs of substance use.

Clean, secure, homeless on the streets surrounding property (wouldn’t walk streets at night time) limited and tight parking, would book again for youth volleyball tournaments at Convention Center with son.
