Clean room for the most part. Im a stickler about cleanliness. I did note the corners in all areas need dusting and especially floors need a wipe down. A dirty rag was left in plain sight which was gross. Otherwise, i also should have looked at reviews to see that skid row was right outside their sidewalk. Parking was not great. Very tight. Aside from that, it was a good Tuscan stay.

The property was great, I stayed here while on a solo trip and it felt safe. Front staff are super helpful in helping you navigate transportation or helping getting transportation for the airport. I will say that there are a few homeless people around but none are on the property so you will feel safe. Overall I had a wonderful stay here and would definitely stay here again!

The room was great except the safe would not close to lock it. Amenities were ok. Front desk was pleasant. Did not have contact with housekeeping. Parking was an issue at night..not enough spaces because people were infringing on empty spaces so you could park a car in it.people park
