Only good thing about this place was the free shuttle and it’s close to the cruise we took and the food options around the hotel. Beds were rock hard. There was a “curly little hair” in the bath. My heater mother in laws heater smoked and had to get out of bed in the middle of the night cause of that.

Ok for pre cruise stay

This was a good hotel for 1 night pre cruise. Nothing fancy , however it was clean and a good price. Shuttle service to cruise and only 5 minutes from cruise port.

The staff was very nice! BUT the room was disgusting. The walls looked like they have never been cleaned! The sheets were full of stains and hairs from previous guests. I was told they only washed the bottom sheets once a week. It was just so dirty! Very out dated. The non-smoking rooms had a certain stench to them.

Heater took a long time to start warming the room (30min). After the heater finally started to warm the room it produced an electrical burn smell. Shower didn’t produce hot water only lukewarm water. Staff was very nice. Convenient location near port. Free shuttle.

Premiere King room - nothing like the photo.

The stay was okay. The beds okay, definitely not plush. Bathroom needed lots of updating. Actually, the whole property needs updating. But, for an overnight stay for a cruise out of Port of Los Angeles it is okay.

Overnitecruis

Hotel location to the cruise is the main selling point. They have a free shuttle. Other than that not a lot promising at the hotel. Our room was worn, bathroom was clean but would not use the shower! It had a septic smell. Rooms are noted as non smoking but there was a horrible smell of smokeing something there. Door didnt seem safe but locked. Location was such that we felt comfortable walking several blocks for food. You get what you pay for.

Stayed this hotel first time one night before cruise about 2 weeks ago, Very convenient location. Rite-Aid, McDonald's & a great sushi restaurant just next to it. Free shuttle to cruise terminal. Friendly front staff of night/day they're both cheerful & efficient even we're group of 7. Kudos to shuttle driver & receptionist Robert (I got his name from driver hope getting it right).

Everything was good. Check in was solid, kind staff. Room clean just bathtub was peeling paint but otherwise everything in good condition. Walk in neighborhood a bit sketchy in places but found excellent Italian food.
