Amazing stay! Very clean location, very convenient and walkable to all the tourist destinations. Had a 24/7 coffee bar that was available with little snacks and water dispenser that we absolutely took advantage of. Appreciated the emphasis on earth conscious efforts!

You really couldn’t ask for a better location in Madrid. The hotel is close to the underground, and everything is within about a 30-minute walk. The staff were very friendly, polite, and professional. The free coffee bar and snack area were an unexpected bonus, and the morning doughnut and water package left at our door each day was a lovely touch. The hotel itself was very clean and felt new. I also really liked having a code to enter the room rather than carrying a key — a simple but clever idea. The room was on the smaller side, but the large, very comfortable bed made up for that. It was cleaned daily, and the bed was always neatly made. I was pleasantly surprised to be able to link my phone to the TV using Chromecast. There weren’t cupboards in the room, but the wall hooks were perfectly fine for a long weekend away with my wife. The bathroom was large, modern, and spotless. The only small issue I had was with the shower — the temperature was a little tricky to get right, and when it was warm the water pressure wasn’t great. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. I’ve even downloaded the app and plan to try this chain again in other cities. As a bonus, there’s a bakery right next door that makes incredible cinnamon buns!

Really central location, friendly staff and clean facilities. We stayed in the junior suite and the view from the terrace was excellent, lots of space in the room BUT the shower and water pressure were very poor, that is the only fault in an otherwise excellent stay. For the price I would still recommend.

Very central and clean

Second or third time staying at this property, albeit it was under a different hotel name. Actually was a step up in quality, double room was a good size, and bathroom was modern. All very clean. Location is the best thing, just a minute from Plaza Mayor. To be picky, the doors don't have keys, its a combination, which is emailed to you when you check in, which slows the check in process somewhat. Its an old though renovated building so the stairs etc can be a little confusing. But overall, I'd have no hesitation is returning.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from all the tourist attractions. The staff is friendly and accommodating. A nice feature is the 24-hour coffee maker, cookies, and fresh fruit available anytime. I appreciated finding a bag of goodies hanging on my doorknob in the morning. My only complaint was that the shower drainage was slow, so it flooded when taking a shower.
