Very happy with my choice of hotel for Madrid. The room was spotless! It even had three robes and three sleepers. Staff members were amazing and they were quick to answer our questions. The hotel greeted us with a drink. Breakfast was amazing as well. We will for sure be returning when we go back to Madrid. Thank you for allowing us to have an amazing stay!! :)

Super clean, attentive staff, especially Sandra at reception. The room is on the smaller side but to be expected to a degree, in a renovated, historic building in any capital city. The location is second to none, plenty of shopping and restaurants on the doorstep.

Love the hotel, wonderful location, very central . The only thing I was not a fan of was the bathroom. The bathtub was a little high and uncomfortable for me . Other than that everything was excellent from the reception, the bar and the food . Very friendly staff, will definitely recommend it .
