Pefect location

The hotel is very good but I got a room too big for alone I got a room with 3 Beds and the windows was given too the back too a little curt. staff was perfect and very helpful

Good hotel, good staff

We have had a problem with our room, and I have asked staff to the desk if they could do something for us. A person behind the desk called Jesus was so nice, he has done his best to satisfy us and he succeed. We could change the room and everything was perfect. Good job Jesus, and thank you, we have appreciated very much. The breakfast choice was big and I could find lots of gluten free nice things to eat.

Ideales Stadthotel

Schönes, zentral gelegenenes Hotel für einen Madrid-Trip, Wichtigste Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Tolles Frühstück, freundliches Personal. Zimmer leider sehr hellhörig. Dennoch zu empfehlen.

Touristenfalle

Typische Touristenfalle. Hätten wir für länger als eine Nacht gebucht gehabt, hätten wir uns sehr geärgert. Nicht vom schicken Äußeren bzw. der Lobby verleiten lassen, die Zimmer sind aus den 80ern.

Siisti hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla

Pojan kanssa futismatkalla Madridissa. Hotelli oli siisti ja aamiainen monipuolinen. Hieman miinusta huoneiden äänieristyksestä, koska kälätys öisin käytävillä häiritsi toisinaan. Wlan-yhteys on melko hidas ja pätkivä. Hotellin sijainti oli kuitenkin erinomainen: keskusta kävelymatkan päässä ja metroasema myös lähellä.

Hyvä hotelli, keskeinen sijainti

Hyvä hotelli, loisto sijainti, hyvä palvelu. Huoneet ok, ei luksusta, mutta siisti ja toimiva. Äänieristys huoneiden välillä oli huono, mutta liikenteen melua ei kuulunut. Ystävällinen palvelu, kaikki toimi hyvin.

Für eine Nacht geht so!

Das Hotel ist alt, vernachlässigt und dringend renovationsbedürftig. Ich weiss nicht, wie das Hotel 4 Sterne haben kann! Die Einrichtung im Allgemeinen, im Essaal und im Zimmer ist dürftig - nicht mal Papier und Schreiber hats! Das Bad ist sehr dürftig - es fehlen Ablageflächen.

Citytrip

1)In de hoeken van het bad zeer grote schimmelvlekken, we hebben zelf doekjes met dethol aangebracht om te ontsmetten maar de poetsvrouw heeft de hint niet begrepen. 2) de airco werd afgezet vanaf 23u tot 8u 's morgens ( donderdag 20 augustus was s nachts nog 29° dus raam openzetten was geen optie 3) om 1u 's nachts wordt het vuil uit containers opgehaald ( gebeurt alles behalve geluidloos ), dus we hebben geen enkele nacht in 1 keer kunnen doorslapen 4) je kan het gesprek van je buren gewoon meevolgen ( flinterdunne muren ) 5) geen WIFI op de kamer, je moet naar lobby en daar gaat het zeer traag dit alles in kamer 202 ! wel : super vriendelijk personeel zeker toen er een electriciteitspanne was. GEEN AANRADER, wij hebben veel betere Best Westerns in USA ervaren

Kaupunkiloma

Sijainti hyvä. Huone tilava, mutta varsin vaatimattomasti kalustettu. Kylpyhuoneen suihku vuoti ja veden tippuminen hiukan häiritsi. Käsittämättömät hinnan mini baarissa. Esim. pieni purkki Pringlesejä 5,45 €. Ensimmäisen kerran törmäsin siihen, että huoneen safety box oli maksullinen. Aamiainen yllättävän hyvä.
