Right in the heart of Madrid. The Bilbao station will send you to the main parts of Madrid like Gran Via and Puerta del Sol. We didn’t have the best customer service experiences in Spain except for this hotel. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The property had a theater theme and the history behind the building. This place is a good, if not great, place to stay. Staff were helpful. Breakfast didn't have everything, but covered what we needed. Local area was a bit noisy and the external soundproofing wasn't that good. Excellent restaurants in the area, especially La Musa on the same street. It was about 30 mins walk from the main sights which was easy.
