What a gem bang in the middle of everything. The reception was warm and welcoming. The room functional, a decent size and newly refurbished to a good standard. Situated right in the middle of the pedestrian area of central Madrid it doesn`t come much better for a city break hotel. Special thanks to Helen on the front desk and the other young lady that saw us in on Saturday afternoon 21/02. Fluent English and just lovely

My stay at Petit Palace Puerta del Sol was fantastic and withing my intended spending budget as a solo traveler. All staff were so curteous and the food was better than most other hotels I've stayed in before. My room was so clean, and always smelled amazing! I have recommeded to other friends and family memebers about this hotel. It was close to every destination I intended to visit. There was no need for an UBER nor train. The whole area was walkable. I hope to return in the near future, with company.
