The front desk staff was hit or miss. Some were extremely helpful while one was extremely rude with an attitude. The other was okay not rude, but not particularly helpful either. Room cleaning seems to be an issue. We didn’t get any service on more days than we did. We asked for daily service which didn’t happen and then we were told it was because we didn’t take our dnd sign off until 10am. The sign says the cleaning was done every other day for our convenience. It is certainly not convenient to be up and out by 7am. We were told cleaning happens at 7am.

The only reason we chose this hotel was for the swimming pool - absolutely no where else in the area has one available for our stay - this pool was dirty and had murky water - none of us were getting in THAT water. Highly disappointed - horrible value for your money.

The property is located in a busy location. Not bad, a lot of food options but the traffic is a bit much. There is not always a person at the front desk. I called down and couldn't reach anyone and upon leaving I had to look for desk clerk. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was ok. Your choice was eggs shaped in a circle, hashbrown, and only chicken sausage. No brown sugar for the oatmeal, but there were nuts raisins, etc. Only orange and apple juice and they weren't cold. Oh yeh, they did provide bottled water. There was a waffle maker and several cereal choices. Great workout equipment and a small but decent laundry area. Overall, I would stay again!

We stayed here for a short visit but still were pretty impressed by the customer service. The property amenities were good, room was lovely and spacious, air conditioning was working excellent, especially with the heat outside. My only complaint is that some areas of the carpet in our room looked a little dirty, the bathroom floor needed to be mopped in one corner and there was dirty rag mark on one wall in the bathroom. Aside from these cleaning mishaps, it was a lovely room and a good stay. We would definitely stay again.
