This was a great hotel! It is small but they offer so much fun activities. Stayed for valentines weekend and it was super nice. The bed was firm, the bathrooms were super nicer. I will 100% be coming back

Arrived at tail end of heatwave and hotel HVAC could not provide enough AC power to be comfortable; staff indicated that half of the AC units were not working. Carpet in room had stains. Shower had black mildew and after use gave off strong odor. Noise of El Camino Real moderate, our room faced that street. We used ear plugs. Breakfast and common areas are in good shape. Long hottub enjoyable. Location perfect for all things Menlo Park and upper half of Palo Alto.
