The room was not cleaned properly prior to our arrival. I've found dry chicken skin and crumbs in the pull out sofa, a single use eyelash by the bed, and shirt tags on the walls. The fridge doesn't close so water leaks out. I did not try any of the amenities due to the state of the room. Overall the experience was unsatisfactory and unpleasant.

We were given the wrong room and then asked to move to another room, which was very inconvenient. Also, the area is notorious for drug dealing and prostitution.

A return customer

This is the 4th time we have been at this hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful, full breakfast, clean and newly remodeled rooms. The hotel is minutes away from the main shopping strip. We've enjoyed ourselves. Downside: only that there seemed to be a lot of chlorine in the pool. Perhaps I am just oversensitive to it though. Overall it's a nice place for the price. I'd stay again.

Painting was being done on 3rd floor. The fumes were unbearable. They moved us to a 2nd floor room where we heard the painters above us, stomping around all night. We decided to leave to head home at 11:00 at night instead of staying. When we walked out, there was a young man smoking marijuana right at the door.
