I booked for 2 queen beds and came at the lobby to click in and was told no queen beds available so im getting 1king bed instead. Receptionist didnt show empathy with the frustration i felt after being told that there's nothing they can do coz the hotel is currently fully booked. Smile turned into frown and excitement turned into flat affect and that was the time they pffer compensation of $100 room credit. Ive staying at hyatt however this was by far the worst experience
