Fan unit on the wall not working Very thin walls Even though we had a patio room upper end room the road noise was bad Plastic cover on mattress were terrible we could smell plastic all night ..because of heat no AC

We had a lovely stay. The only thing I would say to improve on is the beds were rock hard. Hips are bruised from sleeping. Very nice place to stay.

The property was clean and stuff very nice. The unit itself would need some TLC, carpet is worn and closet very small. Even location was near downtown we ended up driving everywhere

The grounds are beautiful but don't take a truck as the driveways are very narrow and when it's busy, it becomes difficult to get in or out. Otherwise it is quaint with beautiful landscaping and very comfortable. Nice clean and quiet.

I was very relieved to see that pets were welcomed & when we found the fan in the closet to use if needed. Not having ac can be a shock sometimes with how accustomed we are to it back home. So we appreciated that!

Overall the hotel is amazing, the staff is very kind and helpful. The only complaint I would make is there’s a lot of broken utilities. 70% of the lights in our suite didn’t turn on and the switches did nothing, the refrigerator did not have a working ice machine nor did the water from the refrigerator work, only sink tap water was available. Otherwise the suite was in good condition and there was plenty of accommodations and cookware at your disposal. I would definitely stay again, the property just needs some maintenance.

The flowers all around the property smell amazing! Very clean, quiet, safe. The mini fridge worked well. I like the decor. I called ahead and was able to do a late check in with no problems (they left the key in a drop box). Didn't like the heater not having a specific temp to set it to, just a knob without settings. Heater worked well though and I was glad they have a heater. Room had a little scotch tape on one wall. Bathroom light turns off automatically while in the shower if you're not moving around enough, that got annoying. Also wish the bathroom had a fan to vent away steam, not just a window. Bathroom was very clean and I liked how it was decorated. Overall, I think it's super cute, clean, safe, pleasant, and would stay there again. I've stayed there a few times before and always had good experiences.

Staff was amazing. We had everything that we needed the outside. Fire pit area was just beautiful very clean and cozy. Can’t wait to come back very convenient to the one to get to Monterey or wherever you need to go on book again no problem.
