We loved the Victorian Inn! The housekeeping staff was excellent in their cleaning of the room. The office staff was excellent in friendliness and helpfulness. The breakfast food and staff were excellent. It was high quality breakfast food, fresh and hot, and replenished frequently. It was certainly not your run of the mill "continental breakfast". We were able to walk everywhere, and enjoy the sites on Cannery Row and the restaurants. Loved the aquarium. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the Victorian Inn!

Comfortable room, nice fireplace and nice staff. Very quiet location but within walking distance to a restaurants, Cannery Row and the waterfront. The breakfast was above average with lots to choose from - egg dishes, link sausages, yoghurt, fresh fruits, oatmeal, make your own waffles, assorted breads & juices

Excellent accommodations and a central location in the heart of Cannery Row. The easy walk to the historic wharf in Monterey was just under a mile. The staff was uniformly very friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed the breakfasts and, particularly, the nightly "wine and cheese" reception. In addition, my best furry friend was welcomed with his name on a blackboard and water and treats!

A nice place to stay. The staff were excellent. The location is great. The breakfast was okay, but a little more variety day-to-day would have been nice. Same for the daily wine and cheese hour. I would definitely stay there again.

Wine and cheese was nice. Breakfast was great. My only negative was we could hear the guests abovevus walking around the dreeky. Floor and the guest next to us snoring. Butcthe hotel and staff top notch.
