Nice staff but could use some extra help.

The staff was very nice and trying to do the best they could. They were unfortunately short staffed and trying to more then they should be doing. After get in the room we noticed that half of the lamps in the room were missing light bulbs or the bulbs didn't work. We did go to the front desk to see if we could a couple new bulbs, but there were no extra light bulbs available. The staff that was there did a nice job. They just needed some more support to be available to do their job properly.

Reuested extra pillows they were able to spare one, our room had a refrigerator but no microwave. The bed was comfortable, the shower gel dispenser in the shower was empty. Breakfast was not good at all unless you like waffles. There was no salt or pepper to.be found anywhere, food wasnt very hot and biscuits and gravy were tasteless. I needed the speak to front desk, the hostbwas on his phine in the breakfast area for 5 kinutes before noticing me. No that friendly whatsoever

It was a bit of a challenge getting to the hotel. The grounds looked a bit unkept, with quite a few weeds clumps of vegetation growing out of the pavement

Excellent stay, the place was quiet, clean and good breakfast. Only complaint we had was our room was out of conditioner and almost out of shampoo. Great place and well worth the money. Everybody was great.

Breakfast was best part. After traveling and getting settled there was no control for tv wanted to watch news weather for next day activities. Their response instead of bringing another controller or switching tvs was we can switch your room. After traveling for hours and already in packed and in our pajamas we did with out for a 221 dollar room serious disappointment.

The weeds out side were out of control, ants everywhere, the carpet in room is old and dirty. The vending machine dont work. The lady that worked midnights was outside most of the time talking with some guy in car. Breakfast was not much to choice from. Very unorganized came back from concert and there was no parking available. Had to park on side road.

The hotel overall wasn’t too bad except when getting out of your vehicle you couldn’t stand in one place for long because the sidewalks were covered with ants. The room was okay but the latch on the door kept sticking and if we didn’t make sure it wouldn’t latch and someone could walk right in the room. The breakfast was terrible! They only had some heat and serve sausage links waffles. The fruit was dried out and looked like it had been there for a few days. It looked like they possibly had eggs but the tray was empty. I went to get breakfast at about 9:15 am and very few people were there so I assumed there should some food there??
