Does what it says on the tin. Simple but functional.
The room was clean but the outside window was not. The towel hook next to the shower was missing. It would have been helpful to have a small desk and chair. For the price, it delivered what I had expected.
My “go to” hotel when I fancy a couple of nights in Newcastle. Situated in a great location, just off the quayside so near lots of bars & restaurants and walking distance from the train station & shops. Fantastic value overall.
The Easyhotel felt like a safe place to stay, albeit one with no atmosphere whatsoever. I paid a bit more for a room with a window (?), which looked out onto what appeared to be waste ground covered in rubbish. It would also have been nice to have somewhere to sit down other than the bed!
The staff were really friendly, I have to say, the TV and bathroom were both excellent. I wouldn't;t necessarily rush back as many of things on which you 'save' are then chargeable but free in similar hotels (such as Premier Inn) - a cup of tea felt like a luxury after being at the hotel. :)
The stay was terrible as the hotel took something of mine and then denied having it. Then had the worst customer service I’ve ever received in all my life.
Clean and tidy. Far more than my expection at this price. Good place to stay.

I can see your decorating - you need to double check the rooms, after the new paintwork you’ve then had electrics done, so there are areas that need filling n painting!
When you lay in bed and have the strip light on - you as a company need to check what the guest see !
