Nearby Marina Park (one block away) is a must-see on the bay any time of year, but also the best spot in town to view the world famous Christmas Boat Parade.

No refunds shall be given for the inability to utilize these features: - Primary Bathroom Jacuzzi Tub Jets. The tub can be used, but the jets have been disabled. - Roof-Top Deck: Access to the roof-top deck will be off limits at all times. - Primary Bedroom Closet: There is no closet in the primary bedroom, but a small closet/storage area is available just down the hallway in the office area.
