The breakfast served to our room was delicious, and the onsite restaurant was great food and atmosphere! The sleeping room and bathroom were great size and enjoyed having the couch and fireplace! We also saw our friends rooms and liked that no 2 rooms were allike! The sleeping room could have used brighter lighting options.

Celebrated a milestone anniversary, couldn’t have picked a better boutique hotel than Sterling. Suite & Staff are top notch as well as there romantic 5 star restaurant .

This was the best hotel we have stayed in in 20 years. The room was beautiful, with a spa, fireplace, lots of room and a great king sized bed. It also had a wonderful shower. The service was world class. The front desk was wonderful. Anna, who took care of our room was unbelievably wonderful, adding special touches to make our stay memorable. And the breakfast delivered to our room was first class too. Anyone going to Niagara Falls should book this hotel over any other in the area.

I liked the uniqueness of the hotel, not the stereotypical look of the chain hotels. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. That being said, there were not enough outlets and they were hard to get to. The sink in the bathroom, while beautiful, the faucet did not extend far enough to get your hands or washcloth under easily. Minor problems, but we had a great stay.

Overall great experience! The room was spotless and service was exceptional. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the jacuzzi tub, which I normally wouldn’t care much about, but this one was HUGE and the jets were awesome. They also provided a bath bomb and robes which really elevated the experience. All the little details were what makes this place above others! I felt like I was at an upscale hotel. Not to mention the prices were so reasonable. Parking is an additional fee, but for convenience it’s worth it! Very close to attractions and easy to navigate. Would highly recommend!!!

Great inn quiet ,clean, the steam shower was fantastic. Free water,tea,coffee at the front was a bonus. The breakfast in bed was absolutely amazing. I love French press coffee. And croissants are tasty. the staff are very friendly. great location. Walking distance to Clifton hill and shopping. Loved the whole experience.

We love staying at Sterling Inn everytime we're in Niagara. The rooms are really spacious and clean, the breakfast is good (and brought right to your room), and the location is very convenient. The staff is also very friendly.

It was nice that breakfast was included, but we ate less than half of it. There wasn’t really any choice in the included breakfast. The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is on the edge of a touristy area, restaurants, etc. We walked to a restaurant, and to a casino, returning after dark, and felt safe. We would stay there again.
