Very disappointed. My second time there. Both times, sheets looked reused. It was dirty, the blida were broken. Looks like somebody’s uncle did the the construction upgrades there and not an actual contractor. I got a call from the front desk in the middle of the night from a random guy that told me to ‘hold his p3nis’, and then hung up. I’m disgusted and will never go back. This hotel location should be $50/night. To be clear, other Home2Suite locations have been amazing. Just NOT this one. Beware

Staff was warm and welcoming. Property could have been a little cleaner in both common areas and room. Room wasn't that bad but dust was noticeable and bathroom floor could have been cleaner. Great amenities and convenience to a number of attractions including the Norfolk botanical gardens and the premium outlets.

This is a “best” inn!

This is the cleanest, best smelling, brightly light inn that we have ever stayed in. The staff was always smiling and helpful, the room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was very good.
