Great complex, broken items weren’t fixed

The complex is run by a different company and they prefer if you book directly thru them. The fireplace and the balcony lights weren’t fixed during our stay, despite being it reported for 5 days. There were only enough sheets for 6 people, despite the listing being for 8 people, ie no sheets For the couches. Other than that, the complex is lovely and we enjoyed the amenities quite a bit.

Third Trip To Orange Beach

This was our third trip to Orange Beach with each one getting better. The condo was absolutely as advertised and all we hoped for. The parking situation at Turquoise Place is better than the other buildings where we stayed. The location is ideal for us - close to restaurants and shopping. The only complaint about the property is that there are a few small items in need of Maintenace (squeaking doors - especially the dishwasher, and so on. Note: The Keurig coffee maker needs to be replaced. The machine seems to deliver whatever cup size it wants to, regardless of which one was selected. On the last morning. it decided to empty the reservoir contents on its own with no button pushed. That being said, these were very minor inconveniences in an otherwise wonderful Condo. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Perfect getaway

Beautiful property with gorgeous views! Enjoyed the hot tub on the balcony and loved having a fireplace when the temps turned chilly. Loved the convenience to elevators and assigned parking space. We will definitely book again.

The only thing bad I'd have to say about our stay is that the room pictured with bunk beds has been updated to a full/ queen size. My daughter was slightly disappointed about not having the bunk bed. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay!

Ok but needs improvement

Overall, turquoise place is a great location with awesome amenities which is why the rating is a 3. The unit itself is ok but needs better cleaning services (visible mildew throughout the master bathroom) and there were NO CURTAINS in the master bedroom which was very shocking. The kitchen is very poorly stocked (no Tupperware , only two large bowls) so cooking there is a bit limited. The layout was functional for our group and again the location itself is great, this unit just needs a few upgrades.

Won't Stay at Tourqoise Again

Carpet was falling apart at threshold of master bathroom and 2 nails were exposed. I stepped on one of them and was punctured. Gas grill ignitor didn't work so I couldn't use grill first night. I bought a striker and was able to use it there after but I had to disassemble the grill and expose burners. I burned myself one night. Bedroom sheets had blood and hair on them first night so sheets were not cleaned. Hot tub was not working first night but maintenance crew repaired that. A work order was submitted after first night to silence smoke alarm(it was beeping every 5 seconds and there was no smoke). No one came so I had to fix it myself the next day. It kept us up all night. This place was nor worth the money we paid.

Condo 👍🏼 Vacasa 👎🏼

The property was great. Location, views, cleanliness all wonderful. However dealing with Vacasa was not. Got an email a few days before the trip. It said know before you go: pools closed! First of all they should have said that before I booked, second: that is not true, all pools were open! UPDATE YOUR INFO WITH CORRECT INFORMATION. When I called about this the lady was no help and read me the same email that they sent, so obviously they have no clue. Next: we got an email to add a night, great we did. Well they did not communicate that with turquoise place so all of our keys were deactivated and we walked into the parking garage to a lady about to boot our car since the parking pass expired as well. Of course this took forever to deal with and just not something you want to do on vacation. If looking to stay at turquoise place, book directly through spectrum and save the headache.
