This is an efficiency unit with everything you need to have a great vacation. The living area has a queen size bed, sofa sleeper, small dinette set and a couple of bar stools for your comfort while you are enjoying a meal or watching TV. There is 1 TV in this unit. Washer/Dryer in unit. This unit offers a side view of the gulf from the balcony.

This complex is one of the most popular in Orange Beach. It has 3 pools (one is heated) kiddie pool, tennis court, BBQ area, covered parking. Location is great. Close to dining, shopping, water parks, golfing, mini/golf and much more. So bring yourself down to the beautiful beaches and stay here and make lots of good memories at this nice efficiency condo.
