The rooks smelled, house keeping wasn’t coming to clean tried calling and sent straight to voicemail until two days later stop one of them saying they forgot .. parking horrible , no soap in the rooms either are all empty

The check in process was seamless. The phones didn’t work or the front desk never picked up the phones. So we had to go downstairs to request anything that was needed which was inconvenient for us since we had young children. Bathroom door didn’t stay open and kept slamming shut. Dangerous for young children. Bathroom mirror had toothpaste stain and residue. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash bottles were empty. Parking on a Saturday was horrendous. No parking and the machine was always broken, so getting out was very inconvenient.

this hotel was super nice and fancy!! Two big downsides were that the amount of a hold charge was not listed originally (3 nights was a $150 hold on top of my booking price) I just wasn’t prepared and it just was a surprise. The other is the fact there is no where else to park so you have to pay the $35 parking fee and if the lot out front is full you have to park around the corner in their parking garage. Overall staff and facility was nice, just again bummed about the fees that weren’t listed.

Stayed here for a staycation, staff was great! Extremely helpful, and they give you a warm cookie at the front desk when you check in! Which I thought was a nice touch! The room was nice but made me question how clean it actually was. We found a sock by the desk that was left behind, there was a shower cap on top of the smoke detector, a small hole in the bathroom ceiling, and the smaller mirror that attaches to the wall was broken.
