We didn't get Saturaday room service including clean the room, Towels and coffe was not in the room for this day and just got only a refund only for one day parking fee. We was expecting to get refund for one day room charge or free parking service.

We stayed here twice now and they staff are friendly upon arrival and give you fresh warm cookies. The check in and check out are easy. We love the back patio area with fire pits and pool area are easy to get to. They also have a nice bar area downstairs. The parking is easy to access and you can go in and out.

Cooled off in the pool, warmed up in the hot tub.

We stayed at Hotel Fera as a Disney trip. We enjoyed the pool and some of the amenities the hotel offered. While pricey it was a great trip.

Excellent property. Nice rooms great staff. Its located near a hospital where ambulances come in with sirens going. There must also be a fire station nearby with fire trucks sirens going as well

Best hidden gem in Anaheim!

I LOVE this hotel!! It’s a bit of a hidden gem!! The staff is amazing! The pool, fire pit, and outdoor area ate beautiful, and the bar is amazing.. I haven’t had the opportunity to eat at the restaurant in the 3 times I’ve stayed there this year, but it looks amazing.
