We were very dissatisfied with our stay at check in the guy was being rude to everyone giving extreme attitude and sent us in to three different disgusting dirty rooms before there was one that was actually been cleaned mean while I booked and paid in advance there was very little hot water and no water pressure at all we spoke with multiple people that had the same issue NO I would not recommend nor would I stay again the pictures are of just one of the three rooms because my wife has the others on her phone

The hotel is extremely run down and management needs to step up upon entering the hotel itself there were towels and puddles and pools of water when opening the door I cannot even roll my suitcase through it as it was flooded and the towels had been there for days I have pictures to upload to show the mold but it does not do justice when considering the stench that came with it. The lobby. As any other extended stay with a very comfortable temperature and a clean entryway. Keishan the front desk tenant was extremely helpful kind and had amazing customer service. Exiting the elevator on the third floor I was hit with the heat wave / sauna.. the uncomfortable temperatures continued in the room as it really didn't cool down until the next morning when I was checking out there was more damage on the ceiling in the bathroom and water stains in the living area above the bed as there must have been a leak on the 4th floor. The parking was minimal as they were doing construction so you had to park at the rear of the property in the morning when checking out I parked in the front and noticed all of the strawberry the entire front of the building had dead twigs no plants at all. It is not the staff's fault as they were great but this property needs a serious facelift... I see reviews about roaches but I did not experience any whatsoever during my stay

Cockroaches in room 315

It was a really bad experience sleeping in room 315. We found cockroaches in the bed and sofa, so we had to leave the day before of our check out. There was strong odour of food/curry in the room that was really annoying. When we arrived the floor in the kitchen area was wet and we had to clean it. Unfortunately, it’s not a place to stay with your family in Orlando.

Avoid at all cost

Bait and switch. The photos on the website portrays cleanliness and comfort. Not so. Looked like an apartment that someone had just moved out of. Imidiate red flag when I had to call to get someone to check me in. I was late do to flight issues but this was a first for me. I've checked in later at other hotels and there's always someone in the lobby. Had it not been so late I would have found other accommodations right then. That being said as I lay in a bed I would expect in a 3rd world country I made reservations somewhere else for the following night.

The staff was nice however the room was subpar. Literal hole in the wall when you get in. Toenail on the floor and grime around the faucet. I traveled from out of state for a family member's funeral service and dealt with these conditions. When asked for another room I was advised nothing was available. I will NOT choose this location in the future.

The cleaniness of this establishment is beneath a 0. The fact that they don't give out towels on the weekend is insane. We will never ever stay at another Extended Stay.

Business trip, decent stay with minor problems.

Picked the hotel due to the close proximity to the convention center. But knowing now there were nicer places nearby, I probably should have chosen another place. The room had a mildew smell when you first walk in, but then it was forgettable. The shower head sprayed out into the bathroom leaving a huge pond I had to wipe up. The desk seat had a tear in the cushion and the tv remote didn't work. Other than that it was okay, it did have a good cold ac unit which was nice.

The property does not have a front desk after 11:00pm so if you have a problem you need to deal with it until the next day. So If you have an issue good luck (like no water, broken shower head leaking so bad you can’t sleep, coaches, faucets broken, terrible smell) Good price not worth it, it is traumatic experience!

Disappointing

I wanted budget accomodations, with a kitchenette, while I was attending a convention in Orlando. What I got was a very run-down motel with severe limitations on what was provided. The carpets in the hallway were horrendous. There were so many dings and scuffs on the walls and furnishings. The kitchenette was poor and nothing was provided. We had to ask for basics, like plates and silverware, and not everything (that was in a sign lasted as available) could be provided. There were not even lounge chairs at the pool deck.
