Quick stay

Needed a room for a quick overnight trip. Bed was firm , hotel was clean for the most part. Good location, 5.00 for parking is a joke especially when other hotels of the same brand do not charge for parking . Everything in Orlando has a parking fee and I can understand big resorts charging for the free for security reasons but not where this hotel was located.

Stayed here for four nights to attend a conference. Easy, safe walk to the convention center, great customer service, clean, comfortable room, free hot/cold breakfast. It's not a fancy hotel, but had everything I needed. Also a quick walk to lots of good restaurants! Would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Excellent stay except for the fact that there’s no daily housekeeping. There’s a small sign in the bathroom stating that housekeeping is every other day so no change of towels or bed making daily. This was the only annoying part of my stay.

I booked a stay at this hotel only to be given keys to rooms that were already occupied! 2 different rooms at that! Waited over an hour for another room just to be told that the hotel was fully booked! Had to go to another hotel! I’ve yet to be contacted by management for this severe inconvenience! Will never book this hotel again! Horrible service!
