The rooms need major update. The hotel is cashless, only accepts card, I feel like that’s was a inconvenience. There is a 20% or 22% gratuity added to all tabs at the bar/dining area. There was a $24 daily resort fee. Pool was good, Carlos and Daniel at the bar was super cool and relatable. It was an all right stay over all.

Def not a 4 star hotel. Booked this hotel for a last minute trip. Pics on internet do not match for what you get to see in real life. Great location, is the best part of my 3 days 2 night stay. Bad odor came out from sick, at the end my body was itching all over and I assume it’s from the think rag looking towels.

Nice place. Nothing special. Alot of dining and souvenir shops very close by. Close to major larks too. Sick of their resort pees and especially didnt like the fact they take 18% gratuity automatically at bar. Tipping is my choice...not a added tax.

The property definitely needs some updates. The room was nice, but everything in there had seen better days. We loved sitting at the pool and the pool bar was great. All the staff were so helpful and nice.
