Kenneth from the front desk was really kind and efficient when check in, we just stayed for one night while on a road trip but it’s perfect to get a good night of sleep and look at the stars from the jacuzz! Pretty close to main attractions also!

The property itself was nice, however when you got into the room, that was another story. In my room, there carpet had multiple “ripples” in it which could be a trip hazard. The transition between the carpet into the kitchen the carpet was torn and the tack strip for the carpet was exposed, and in the bathroom the sink look like it was separating from the counter. I think the property would be well served to really take a look and see it from the guests standpoint. I was not expecting a 5 Star hotel, but at least look at it from your guests standpoint and see what they see.

Stayed here before and was extremely please with everything from cleanliness to the location of our room. This stay was nothing like our first. Stayed in a room next to the Gate only to hear the door constantly open and close not allowing a good night sleep whatsoever. The Lamp Charging outlets didnt work. Our room was dirty and we could hear the oboxious neighbor next to us early in the Morning. Called to speak to management only to get to Voicemail and no call back. Very unfortunate again because our last stay was Nothing like this one.

We spent three nights at this hotel and were only able to have one restful night. We were first placed in a ground level room with windows to a major street/highway. The room had a cricket in the walls which was loudly active the whole night. So between the cricket and the constant traffic on the road, we barely slept. Fortunately, the front staff agreed to move us to a 2nd floor room where we had a restful second night. However, on our last night, we had people in an adjacent room or hotel staff loudly talking/arguing the entire night! Walls are paper-thin so it felt like if they were sitting in our room. Overall, terrible experience not even worthy of a low-end roadside motel, let alone the hefty nightly rate we paid!

The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The location was convenient for seeing the major sites. The wifi connection for the internet was spotty at best, and we were unable to stream anything. The dryer was not working the day we tried it. The outside seating was inviting, but the cushions were not put out for 3 days and it was not raining.

The good: - Staff were very friendly and happy to assist wherever possible. - Location is central enough to be able to get into town by walking, ride share or driving (parking is available on-site) - The property is quiet and the pool and spa are a great addition The not so good: - We asked to change rooms shortly after arrival and learned some rooms were more modern than others. The first room had a broken door to the bathroom, ripped curtains, no exhaust / ventilation in the bathroom was quite dark and not at all like the images posted online - Notwithstanding the room change, the property and facilities are very dated and in need of upgrading. - The electronic keycards malfunctioned several times and needed recoding - The two bathrooms we saw are in dire need of upgrading: especially the shower mixers (very hard to regulate pressure or temperature) - Housekeeping is by request only, which is quite fine, except there are not enough amenities, towels, etc provided for longer stays - The pool towels are poor quality, very old, and need replacing. The bath towels were torn and rather small. - There are 2 vending machines offering beverages and snacks, but no filtered water provided in rooms or even a water fountain to fill from - We found very little value for money staying here compared to other properties in Palm Springs - The laundry onsite is a good addition but the dryer was not working and due to it being operated by a 3rd party, no refund

The hotel was great overall, very well priced. clean and friendly staff. However, I got back to my room at 2:30 to have to listen to the next party me all night (tweakers). No consideration at all. The front desk closed at 1 am. So what was I to do? I told front girl the following, she really didn’t care.
