My husband and I came here for the baby moon with the dog. Our favorite aspects were the property itself, spacious, comfortable bed, dog, friendly, walkable to some great restaurants and Great outdoor bar. If you need anything, you can simply send the front desk a text message and they respond pretty quickly. They even provide you a dog gate if you have a patio room so you can keep that area available for your dog while you’re sitting outside. I came during a weekday so it was very quiet by the pool plenty of lounge chairs. The restaurant has a limited menu, but it’s great if you’re just eating something at the moment to eat. The ice cream and coffee shop next-door great and once again, a lot of great restaurants you can walk to. In the room my only two complaints is that the remote wasn’t working very well and there isn’t a shelf in the bathroom shower. But overall, what highly recommend to anyone.

This property had everything we needed: food, drinks, coffee, and even ice cream! The room was so cute and very spacious. A few things could’ve been cleaner: the tv and a/c vent and return were very dusty. The provided conditioner in the shower was empty. I’m sure I could’ve called down to have them refill it, but I only noticed once I was in the shower, so it was only a minor inconvenience. Overall, the property is very well maintained and is in a great location. Also loved that it was an Adults Only hotel. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Check-in experience was disappointing. Our reservation stated a 3 p.m. check-in, but when we arrived at 4 p.m., the room still wasn’t ready. We were told to wait another 30 minutes by a staff member at the bar (there’s no real front desk), but no explanation or gesture was offered — no drink, no voucher, nothing. For a boutique hotel, a bit of hospitality in that moment would’ve gone a long way. That said, once we got in, the rest of the stay was fine.

This stay was absolutely amazing. The staff was so welcoming and accommodating. It was our first time in Palm Springs, but I think I already found our place to stay every time we come! One morning the water was turned off, so we were unable to use the bathroom. We were able to use the public restroom while we waited and the staff took care of our breakfast for the inconvenience. I have never had such accommodating staff at a hotel stay until now! They have a customer for life.

Nice room, good location

We arrived at 3:00 on Sunday and were told that our room wasn't ready (they had a buy-out, whatever that means). They gave us 2 free drink coupons and said they would call or text me when the room was ready. We changed into swimsuits in the pool restroom and sat out by the pool for OVER 2 hours waiting for our room to be ready. We never got any notification from them, my husband kept asking at the bar which is also the check-in desk. Finally, a little after 5PM, he checked, and the room was ready. The room was nice and clean and the prices for the mini bar were fair. The staff was nice and friendly and ended up giving us more free drink tickets, which we didn't use.

Contemporary Palm Springs style

This is a fun, stylish and relaxing property with a lot of different seating and lounging opportunities around the large pool and various games like ping pong and bocce available. We appreciated the drink and food options available right there. Do be aware that the sink and shower are open to the room (I don't prefer this as my spouse gets up earlier than I do) and, personally, the luxury linens (as advertised) did not feel particularly luxurious to me. Also, I would think a lot of patio rooms do not have a view of the pool as advertised. No problem for us, as the pool was a 30 second walk away. I would definitely stay again.

PS is filled with many options these days, but what I love about Arrive is the spacious rooms, mini bar options ( first in class compared to most hotels these days), and the convenient location. The in-room amenities are also spectacular. Staff and management are top-notch and friendly. Don't miss out on this gem.
