The hotel is nice, bed and pillows quite comfortable. The water pressure in the shower is absolutely horrific & water in the shower is warm, at best. Water in the bathroom sink is hotter! The mini bar fridge is cold, if you bring your own bottled drinks, that is good, but the room needs a coffee maker. Expedia deal included per day credit towards breakfast. The menu was limited, but the food was very, very good and they roast their own coffee, which was exceptional. However, I would rather forgo the credit & have a reduction on the room rate so I could buy my own breakfast for less money. The check-in process was a bit of a hassle. I booked to pay directly at the hotel. I called the hotel the day before arrival to confirm that I could use a different card for pre-payment on arrival and the hotel representative assured me over and over again that this would not be a problem. When we checked in it was. My friend & I wanted to split the prepaid fee on our two cards & were refused. We asked to speak to a manager. The manager was not available so we waited. when we came back, he started speaking to me 10 feet away from him so I could barely hear what he was saying, but I could hear his tone and it was rude and defensive. When I got closer and asked him to repeat, he had an attitude! He threatened to refuse to check us in at one point. He eventually honored our request but he treated us like crap during the process. Will never stay here again, nor recommend.

We loved everything by about this hotel. The pool vibe was fun and relaxing, not crowded, nice music and great drinks and food!! We have no complaints - recommended the studio rooms with no one above you for total quiet at night.

The room was ok, a little dirty in the corners. I dropped something and it rolled under the bed. I had my flashlight with me and shined it under. There were dust bunnies, dirt and miscellaneous items underneath. Maybe a vacuum now-and-then would help the cause. Check in at the bar was different but not a big deal. You can get a drink while waiting! Pool and spa were very nice! Convenient location, the cartel coffee shop and ice cream place were steps away.

The staff is amazing! So friendly and genuinely cares about their guests by providing 5 star services! The breakfast was delicious! Best omelet I've ever had! Ever! The lunch was also phenomenal! I really love how their prices are super reasonable and don't try to gouge you like most of the other boutique hotels in PS, also their happy hour is unbelievable! $4 beers and $10 smash burger or fried chicken sando both were so delicious and cooked with high quality ingredients! 10 out of 10! Counting down the days until we can revisit arrive! Dont sleep on this gem! Worth every penny! Thanks for having us!

Stayed for 3 nights, property, amenities and rooms were nice and clean. Service was quite lacking. The gentleman who was often in the lobby/bar area made us feel unwelcome. When we would came through he would essentially greet us with a cold.. "what do you want". Poolside service was hit and miss... would have to ask multiple times for our drinks and they would not come. We requested after our second night that our room be made up, which were were told it would be. Later in the day after it was not, we followed up and were again told it would be. In the evening when it still was not, we followed up again and were ghosted. I enjoyed the property itself but due to the service, I would have a difficult time convincing myself to stay again
