The facilities were well kept and aailable spa services were quite complete. The staff were lovely: helpful, friendly, and the ones I talked to loved working here. The only negative is that there is no telephone in the rooms and no one at the front desk after 10 pm with access to the facility only with a room key. This is a safety concern for me: as an 80+ year old woman, if there was any kind of physical emergency there would be virtually no way to get help. An emergency process should be developed and shared with all overnight guests.

Visit here twice a year with friends. Enjoy their great guest room with a tub in a room. Nice store with great collection of goods, small but convenient cafe…. and service at the reception could be better.

Everything was absolutely perfect about our stay. The room was amazing with a lovely balcony overlooking the mountains. The pool was huge for the size of the property, the oasis/hot springs were next level. The staff were all very friendly and seemed to like being there. There is a cafe on site that was good as well. We will be staying here again!

Spacious, clean and stylish room with cedar wood smell and no TV or phone. Amazing atmosphere. We had a room with a mineral bath tub. Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel cafe is great. Loved our stay.
