I had a comfortable stay at Holiday Inn—clean room, friendly staff, and a convenient location. The breakfast was good with a nice variety, and it was a great way to start the day. However, I did want to mention that the makeup remover wipes in the room seemed old and had brown stained, unpleasant smell when I opened them. It might’ve just been a one-time issue, but I hope housekeeping checks those more carefully. Aside from that, everything else was great, and I’d still consider staying here again.

I had a very decent stay, room was spacious and clean, buffet breakfast was great and staff working were friendly and kept the kitchen area stocked. Pool area was dmall, lots of leaves and dusty but not too bad, gym was small too and i dont think air was running in there which made it uncomfortable for working out. Only other complaint was loud walkers above our room, which is not the hotels fault but wasnt fun yo hear at night

Issue on A/C - room switch went smooth

A little inconvenience as we were booked on a double bed suite but had an issue on A/C. With twice a call for maintenance, we were eventually offered to move to another available rooms. From double bed suite to 2 separate king suite rooms. Staffs were all helpful and accomodating with the room switch. I commend them on how they handle the room switch.

First floor Units is not the best options, a specially the Ceilings they have between the Floor's, you have to Hear everything, the Others flushing toilet's, shower Taking, Walking Above, insulation is not the best, not quiet . Maybe Second Floor Better, don't know...., at least no one is above them. Also Talk to some folks that have been on the same floor as i , they experience they experience similar nose issues.
