The lobby/bar/restaurant area on the ground floor is well conceived and has a good vibe. Our was tiny but well designed for putting what’s needed cleverly within a small space… except for the toilet-shower combo. The door to that space made quite a noise because it was improperly hung (I should have told the desk). The shower was big enough but the shower curtain did nothing to keep water from escaping to the floor of the toilet area. The hotel management can fix both of these issues.

Right outside of Terminal 3 at Charles de Gaulle airport. Easily accessible from other teeminals via bus plus CDGVAL shuttle. Literally, a short walk straight ahead from Terminal 3. Small room with large, comfortable bed, cool, colored lighting in bathroom, drawer under bed to store luggage, decent food in restaurant, very friendly staff mostly, large, modern spaces to work from or relax in the lobby, easy check-in and check-out. Overall, great experience after a long day of travel and next day flight. We definitely recommend.

Everyone was super friendly , I do wish the menu options had a bit more variety . I don’t eat pork and seafood I have An allergy so my options were limited on food in the hotel which made it a challenge .

Self check in and out were both customer initiated. I’m not electronic savvy so an employee was right next to help. Very high tech experience, but not intimidating. And, the room was amazing. Highly recommend this hotel.

Our flight was late getting in to CDG. While waiting in baggage claim, I tried searching the Citizen M website, for info on how to get from the airport to the hotel… No info. I tried calling. It took 10 minutes to get to a live person, who couldn’t help, because apparently by 00:45, none of the airport trams are running. We were finally able to get a cab. But the street signs are so poor for Citizen M that the cab driver couldn’t figure out how to get there. Kept driving by on the Hilton side of the street, but no indicator where to turn left to turn in for M. Stuff happens when you travel, but you definitely need to have better instructions and more info on how to get there… like right with your reservation confirmation… so that you aren’t adding to the problem when things go awry.

the property location was great! The bathroom was minute in size. It has 3 doors in a small and tight space which made the area claustrophobic, especially for folks used to room and comfort. At least the door from the bathroom to the sink and shower can be eliminated so that there are not 3 doors opening to the same space. The room will only accommodate a couple and it does not even have a chair. There is zero need to provide extreme privacy when bathing and brushing one's teeth.

I hated the bed, its on the end of the room, so, if there are 2 people, the peron on the one side has to climb over the other person to get outbof bed, and the bathroom is just opaque glass, not very private, it was very clean and quiet though.
