While we appreciate your compliments on our spacious rooms and friendly staff, we are sorry to read that we could not exceed your expectations and apologize for the AC issues. As far as the location is concerned, I think it depends mainly on what terminal you are arriving/departing from. CDG Airport is large and spread across three terminals. The CDGVAL automated train connects all three terminals. Our hotel is walking distance from Terminal 3 and from CDGVAL and train station. We also provide a complimentary shuttle service to Terminal 2 (at the only authorized pick up station) every 30 minutes from 6am to 11pm to make the arrival experience of our guests as smooth as possible. Regarding the price point, we do have B&B packages available on our website, which might be something to consider for your next stay. The internet access is complimentary for all Hilton Honors members. Our loyalty program is totally free, so do not hesitate to join!
