Good option near CDG

On the plus side, the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The room was nice too, very spacious and clean. My beefs: I was never able to find a room service menu, and I wasn’t able to order a glass of wine or a cocktail because “that comes from the bar.” Also I wasn't able to charge my devices in the room at night because the outlets went out when the lights went off. (I did leave my key in the slot for electricity but it didn’t matter). I am sure if I had called down to the desk, they would have sent someone up but I was too exhausted and cranky.

Dark gardens, bird excrement and rats on the way

Walking to the hotel from the airport terminal you have to walk through a dark section of the gardens, the small road is covered in bird excrement and was full of rats. My carryon was very dirty when we finally got to the hotel. Did not feel safe at all.

Good Value for Money

The hotel was so much better than anticipated - highly recommended. Only 5-10 mins from the airport and literally EUR 20 to get there in a taxi. Will definitely stay again. Family room was non-problematic and dinner was excellent.

The female staff member that checked us in around 6.40pm on 7 Jan 2025 was extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming. The hotel rooms are very old and have not been renovated since the 1980s. We will NEVER stay at this hotel again and you should avoid this hotel. It is over priced.

It felt like there were dozens and hundreds of rats outside the hotel. I saw so many around the trash bin. There were strong rat smell along the way you walked into the hotel. I had to hold my breathe for minutes. I would never come back again. Horrible place. The downstairs restaurant was also bad. Never ordered food there. We had the worst pasta there. I should have booked Sheraton inside terminal 2, which is more convenient.

The rats around the hotel was the worst experience of m y trip. I will definitely not come back or recommend it to anyone. I should have booked the Sheraton in terminal 2, which seems no rats, and way more convenient. The room also smells, and the pasta downstairs was the worst pasta I’ve ever had in my life.
