Extremely dirty apartment, the kitchen was not clean and dishes were dirty on arrival. Bathroom was in the same condition. We arrived after the reception closed so had no choice but to stay the night. The following night we complained and they said that they would have someone clean the apartment, however it was not cleaned when we arrived in the evening. Extremely appalling behaviour from the staff and unacceptable in the times of COVID

Close to train station, shopping centre and Disney all within a short walk. Bed lining poor, disposable sheet. Shower curtain stained/dirty, towels covered in previous visitors hair. They were renovating rooms next to my room so was very noisy throughout my stay early morning and late evening. Impossible to spend time in room.

Very close to anemeties and Disney

The room was average, there wasn't air conditioning which made the nights uncomfortable, especially for those who slept in the bedroom as opposed to the folding bed in the living room. There is a kitchenette which came in very handy.

Great location for Disneyland Paris with free shuttle bus from very nearby. Rooms basic and sofa bed mattress thin. Good base though for the parks as well as 45 mins into Paris on the RER from Val d’Europe.

Small but cosy hotel close to Disney

Location: Hotel is within 5 mins walk of Val D'Europe train station, which is 1 stop from Disneyland. Travel to and fro is therefore very straightforward.
Room was very small and basic, but had all facilities needed for self-catering. Decor was dated but clean. Bed comfy. Reception staff helpful.and friendly.

good position

Pros: Convenience to station and shops
Cons: Cleaning of room necessary.
Location: Location within walking distance of train station and bus station. Good shopping mall.
Very basic hotel but clean. We stayed 5 nights and had to ask for extra towels as only given 1 hand towel and 1 small bath towel. Convenient for shopping mall and station. A few decent restaurants nearby. Room never cleaned during 5 days.

Family Trip to Disneyland Paris

The apart hotel is situated less than 10 minutes drive from Disneyland Paris, is close by the RER (rail line) one stop from the Disney station which is located close to the entrance of the park. The apart hotel is very near the large shopping centre with a major supermarket. Parking is available for a fee, €8 at time of this review, and is recommend as parking outside is limited and restricted on most days except Sunday's. The room we stayed in was clean but does need a lick of paint and some attention. The bed linen and towels were clean and were clearly freshly laundered. The bed were comfortable and the room provided a good base for the few days we were there. There is complementary hand soap bar and shampoo and shower gel and the showers worked well with plenty of hot water. The kitchen is useful, we used to have breakfast and late evening snacks and having a fridge allowed use to take some fresh produce from home such as milk. However although tea bags were provided the room didn't have a kettle or anything similar. You are so supplied with a very small washing up liquid bottle, enough for 3 or 4 washing up sessions and a cloth, sponge and tea towel. You ate supplied with a mismatch of bowls , cups and glasses and this may mean not enough bowls for all of you as in our case. The wifi worked well and was easy to connect. Overall the apartment was clean, although it was looking tired in the decor and lacking attention. A good location for Disney but would be overpriced, given its condition of it were located any further away from Disney.

Lovely and relaxing

We stayed here as a stop over on our way back from disney and it was perfect for this. Close to the train station so easy to get to even with small children and cases. The kitchen area was great as we were able to take a leisurely walk to the local shopping centre and purchase a mini feast to eat while watching a DVD together very relaxing after disney. Quiet and clean. Staff spoke English and the breakfast was lovely and peaceful. Would recommend

Okey place to stay. Clean and quite but nothing fancy. Good for the budget when you wish to use money in disneyland or shopping.
