Good house, TERRIBLE parking

The condo was a perfect get away place. Very clean and cozy. The parking and communication were terrible. The bottom garage parking had a 6”8 clearance and the top parking had a tight, narrow turn. We were in a slightly modified F-250 and couldn’t park at the property. When it was brought to their attention, they told us to park in the “over flow” parking across the street which was also a tow away zone. You could also see that other vehicles have scraped their cars on the walls. I do not recommend bringing a larger vehicle!

Little slice of heaven

Overall the stay was great! It was so peaceful. We live local and just wanted to “get away” for Christmas and it was perfect! I’d say the bed and couch need replacing soon as it’s a little lumpy but other than that, we loved it! Left it clean for the cleaners to just take the linens and go! Will definitely stay again!

Amazing

The unit was clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay. It was perfectly placed right on the beach and above the pool. The beach wasn't very crowded and I loved watching all the kids hunt for crabs at night. We plan on bringing the rest of our kids next year to stay :) The only con would be that kids (and a few nights some adults) stay in the pool pretty late and were fairly loud. As were the people above us and it made it hard to sleep some nights. However that has nothing to do with this condo in particular.

The unit was very nice. The parking is kind of tight, having to drive up a ramp that is very narrow. We never saw a security guard or anyone at the libby desk, but that could be because it wasn't the main season for tourists. We did get a courtesy call from Vacasa to be sure we found everything we needed after we checked in. I also called them to ask for gym location, and the person I talked to was helpful.

It was in a great location! Away from the busier areas made for a peaceful experience! Very comfortable unit with everything needed! Beautiful views! Parking for a larger vehicle is tight and you may have to park across the street in the extra lot.

Great Location

The location of this condo is amazing, right on the beach. Ocean view. The king size bed is one of the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept in. Half of it slopes and you feel like you are going to fall off the bed. The towels are so thin you can see through them and stained. It was clean. The best part was the view and proximity to the water.

Parking problems

Unit was clean, however I did see a couple of unidentified bugs the day of check out. Arrived early on day of check in, and unfortunately we were not allowed to check in early. I’ve never experienced this before unless a unit just has not been cleaned yet. But was just told no early check ins, no checking on unit to see if it was ready. Parking was a big problem. Spaces were limited because there was not one assigned to this unit and the other parking area was partly closed off due to construction. I ended up getting my car door dinged by a car parked beside me because the spaces were so tight (not pleased about this at all). Also found out a few days before arrival that the unit was scheduled to be shown during our stay. We were promised a $50 gift card for our trouble, but when the realtor showed up she handed me an envelope with $20 inside. Property management did call me to ask if all went well and if I received the gift card. When I told them I did not, she said she would refund the difference to the card I used to reserve the room. Still waiting to see if this happens, because more than 24 hours later and there is no pending activity on my card. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Unit was clean and beach was not crowded, but I do think they could do a little more in the way of being accommodating to guests.
