I have stayed at this facility before as it is ideally located for my trips to New England. While I only stay for one night, I have done this multiple times and have always been happy with my stay.

Amazing stay

The area in general was a great place to stay at. Very close to restaurants and shopping. Drivable short distance to do family activities. The staff were great with accommodations and helping us with getting around and exploring. Will definitely come back here

The property was fine. Our room was old and could use some maintenance/upkeep. The room was generally clean (although they forgot to empty prior guests’ trash) and spacious though, the shower was hot and the toilet worked properly. The lobby was much of the same story although i would say there could be a bit more effort to keep hallways clean. We arrived around 6 pm and there was a lot of rubbish and food in the hallway. That was still there when we left at 8 am the next morning. All in all it was an ok experience.

Staff was nice and accommodating Rooms especially bathroom was dated shower handle was wobbly and did not drain correctly. Upon arrival we were given a room with very small refrigerator ( could have been my fault for choosing wrong ) the desk staff changed our room to a cigarette marijuana smelling room then ultimately room that was nice but had the shower issue

Love this place!

Hyatt House is my go to when I go to hotel. The staff is always friendly, rooms are always clean, and the breakfast is the best hotel breakfast I’ve had.

Unsatisfied

I reserved a room weeks before hand and asked for early check in the day of. I ended up not checking in till almost 2 hours later because they told me I them room wasn't ready. Then when I checked in I was told they didn't have the room I purchased which was a suite and said there was a high possibility I can't get my money back so unfortunately I was left with a room with 2 queen beds.
