Great location but service was not that great, staff members were not friendly at all - some were okay but they just looked like they couldn’t be bothered half of the time. Room was decent, didn’t tidy the room one day and we got told it was out fault for not leaving the sign out which we did - so we asked for two fresh towels and they gave us hand towels. Sauna and steam room were good to use, be wary that it’s acceptable for people to be completely naked in there. One guest was in the sauna with no clothes on and we got told by reception it was okay to do so - not something we want to see! The only great factor is the location! Close to everything - breakfast wasn’t the best, cold food lack of choices and rude staff members who didn’t even wish you a good morning! All in all I wouldn’t stay here again but find other hotels in the same area.

Great location , in the centre of the old town the property is ok and good enough for the price of not a little tired in areas

Huone oli upea ja tilava. Aula ja ruokailutilat siistit ja hienostuneet. Aamiainen oli riittävä ja sopiva. Huoneen vessassa oleva pyyhekuivainteline tulikuuma ja siihen poltti sormet. Hyvä etäisyys aktiviteetteihin ja erittäin lyhyt matka metroon.

Erinomainen sijainti ja siisti huone. Koska matkustimme jouluna, niin saunasta iso plussa. Henkilökunta hieman tylyä muutamaa poikkeusta lukuunottamatta, mutta tuntui olevan paikallisten asenne muuallakin, ei vain hotellissa. Kaiken kaikkiaan voin kyllä suositella.
