All the staff are very friendly and accompanied . They do cater to older group and family so don’t expect a very party vibe. That said they do have fun activities, a dj, live bands etc. Overall a very fun experience!

I had a pleasant experience during my stay. The property is beautiful and well-maintained. The only feedback I have (and it’s not really about the hotel itself) is that there’s no real access to swimming at the beach — there’s too much seaweed both on the shore and in the water. However, the hotel offers plenty of pools with comfortable lounge chairs, which makes for a great alternative for those who still want to relax near the water.

Everything was clean, and the staff was very kind and supportive. I had a suite, and it was huge and very spacious. My favorite spot was the rooftop pool. I will definitely recommend Ventus Haat to friends and clients.

Worst hotel I visited in Cancun and its area. Sewage smell in hotel and room. Beach is full of seaweed (not the fault of the hotel but we were not alerted). Impossible to swim. There were so many bugs as the hotel is built on a swamp. We left after one night. The front office manager, Irving, was so rude and not helpful. Did not try to help us since we booked through Expedia. He said we could write a bad review if we wanted so here it is! Finally, we booked an Uber to change hotels and Marcos, the bellman yelled at our driver because he picked us in front of the hotel (it was raining so hard!!). They did not care. Do not refer to the pictures on the website. It is all a lie!

Despite being asked about allergens, every time you walk into a restaurant by both the hostess and your server, I was served allergens at plated dinners on three of the seven nights I was at this resort. The food service manager did not take this problem seriously and it had to be elevated to the manager of platinum butler services. Getting dinner reservations in the first place, even in low season and with a Platinum club upgrade, was a tremendous hassle. We couldn't get into certain restaurants at all, and were offered dining times of 4:30, 5:00, and 9:30 at night. Every meal reservation was made in the name of one of the five clients I had brought on this trip, despite the fact that I paid for everything and communicated with my butler to make these reservations and the male client was never involved in any way. The grounds were immaculately maintained, the staff were kind, but these basic operational problems were shocking.

This is a beautiful property. It is very well maintained and the property employees are super friendly! Food was very good at all the restaurants. There are coffee and doughnuts available to you every day. Everything is fresh and the displays are beautiful. When the beach gets cleaned up i will definitely be back again!
